iScreenUser Agreement

This Agreement is entered into betweenxmzerone("zerone") and the user ("User" or "You"). By using the services of this platform, You must read and comply with this User Service Agreement ("Agreement").

1. Legal Declaration

Before registering as a user of this platform, carefully read and fully understand all terms, especially those regarding liability limitations, governing law, and specific service rules. Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms. Unauthorized use is prohibited. User data will only be processed with explicit authorization and for lawful purposes.

2. Account Registration and Use

Account Creation: To use the services, register an account and set a password. All actions under your account are deemed your own, and you bear legal liability for such actions.

Accuracy of Information: Provide true, accurate, and complete registration details (e.g., name, ID number, contact information). Update promptly if changes occur; otherwise, you assume resulting losses.

Account Security: Do not transfer, sell, or lease your account. If compromised, notify the platform immediately. The platform is not liable for losses due to your negligence.

Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be reclaimed after a 1-month prior notice.

Single Account: Each user may register only one account. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension or termination.

3. Non-Personal Information

The platform collects non-personal data (e.g., IP address, device type) to optimize services, analyze traffic, and improve management. This data may be shared with advertisers.

4. Information Security

Protection Measures: The platform implements technical safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security against third-party attacks. You exempt the platform from liability for non-negligent breaches.

Exceptions: Personal data may be disclosed without consent to:

Address life/property emergencies;

Prevent major harm to public/individual interests;

Comply with legal or governmental requests.

Cookies: Used to enhance services (e.g., storing passwords). Disabling cookies may limit functionality.

5. User Conduct Restrictions

Prohibited activities include:

Posting illegal, defamatory, or violent content;

Infringing intellectual property or spreading malware;

Commercial exploitation of services (e.g., reselling, reverse engineering);

Automated scripts disrupting platform performance.Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal liability for damages.

6. Membership Services

Payment: Fees apply via supported methods (e.g., bank transfer, third-party payment). Risks from non-official channels are your responsibility.

Scope: Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the purchased platform. Unauthorized sharing may trigger security locks or termination.

Termination: Services may be modified or terminated due to legal changes, force majeure, or platform discontinuation. Refunds are unavailable unless required by app store policies.

7. Pricing and Refunds

Adjustments: Fees and service structures may change with prior notice.

No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable unless material defects exist, subject to app store review.

8–14. Legal Compliance, Third-Party Services, and Termination

Compliance: Adhere to local laws and customs. The platform may terminate services if geopolitical risks arise.

Third-Party Services: Disputes with linked services are resolved directly with providers. The platform assists but bears no liability.

Termination: Services may be suspended for:

False information;

Illegal conduct;

Government orders.User data may be permanently deleted upon termination.

Governing Law: Chinese law governs this Agreement. Disputes are resolved in Xiamen, China. Invalid clauses do not void remaining terms.
